The Studio

Wildsheep Studio a video game studio based in Montpellier. It’s currently working on their first title, WiLD, directed by renown Game Director Michel Ancel (Rayman, Beyond Good and Evil, Peter Jackson’s King Kong).

What i did on this project

I worked two times as an intern on WiLD (3 mounth during 2014 and 6 mounth during 2015). From January 2016 to December 2020, I was a full time game / level designer and tool programmer on the project. Here is a sum up of subject I worked on :

  • Acquired technical expertise on the in-house engine
  • Created the level design pipeline from scene creation to engine integration inside 3dsMax
  • Worked on the Level design for the Paris Games Week trailer
  • Researched Level generation systems based on Marching Square algorithms
  • Created sample scenes to help programmers test and implement features
  • Create several design documents (system design, UI improvements proposition, level design guidelines mainly)
